Technic Yapi Construction Company launches its new project in the town of Effendi, affiliated to the state of Denizli, under the name "Evora Residence". The project includes 1+1 and 1+2 apartments options. The rising project in the concept of Rizids is equipped with open windows, unlike the projects in Istanbul. 80% of the project's apartments are distinguished by being attached to a wide balcony. Umut Durbakaim, Vice Chairman of the Tiki Yapi Company, stated that Rizids, meeting, home management, reception, and guarding services will be provided. The project will also use solar panels to generate energy used to light the areas of joint use as well as the water filter system that sterilizes and rehabilitates rain water.
