Timor Construction Company, which has completed numerous projects under the Neve brand in Istanbul, has chosen the Bodrum region to be a center for its first project outside Istanbul. The Construction Company has organized a special competition for architectural companies to design the project, and the Tortti Galas company, which has completed the Kamar Contrape project in advance in this competition. The project, which has been offered for sale, will include the Neve Commercial brand customer, a global brand hotel as well. One of the most interesting aspects of the Nev Yalikavak project is its 2000 square meter sandy beach. The project also includes two cells surrounded by the sea from 3 sides with a coastal strip that extends for a length of 460 meters.
